Nestled right beside the fairways and surrounded by classic Northwoods charm, The Getaway Campground offers a peaceful retreat with plenty to explore all within walking distance to the golf course and clubhouse/bar. With 34 spacious sites featuring water hookups, 50 AMP service, and fiber optic connectivity, our campground is designed for comfort and convenience during the camping season. From ATV trail access to nearby boat landings on the Chetek Chain of Lakes, plus dining options like Caddy Shack Pizza and Pub and Mel’s Lakeshore just a short walk away, everything you need for the perfect getaway is close at hand. Whether you’re gathering around a cozy campfire, meeting new friends under the stars or enjoying a camping/golf weekend, The Getaway Campground is the ideal place to relax, unwind, and make lasting memories.
Seasonal Campsite Information
Join us for the full season from May 1st through October 1st and enjoy the best of lakeside living and golf course access. Seasonal sites are available for $1,350.00 + tax, giving you the opportunity to settle in and make The Getaway your summer home. Our campground connects directly to Getaway Golf Club via the 6th and 7th fairways, offering easy access to the course and clubhouse/bar to enjoy on the patio. With great food, scenic views, outdoor recreation, and a welcoming community, we’d love to have you become part of our campground family.
Premium Site
The premium campsite with a scenic overlook off of the 7th fairway is $1,550 + tax.
Camping + Unlimited Golf
New this year, we will also be offering unlimited golf packages with any campsite. The cost for unlimited greens fee per person is $100.00 and is only available to the owners of the campsite. This does not include a cart, but can be used any day of the week – including Holidays.

Our premium package, which includes all you care to golf will only be $200.00 per person. That is a super deal to go with your beautiful campsite- this is a $500.00 savings based on a single golf membership.

Stay and Play Golf Package sites available for weekly/nightly rates. These package deals are limited and are priced at $100.00 per day per person. That’s about the same price as a normal 18 hole round of golf. Basically – you are getting a greast campsite for free. Our new remodeled club house will be open with a full bar and daily food specials.
